The PTA will use Parent Express Mail (PEX) as a way to communicate with students, families and staff regarding upcoming programs, events and fundraisers involving the PTA. In a continuing effort to Go Green we will be limiting the information coming home via Back Pack Mail and instead using the Parent Express Mail system more frequently.
To Join the Parent Express Mailing List simply input your First Name, Last Name and email address into the blue box (to the left) labeled PEX List and click “Join the PEX Mailing List”. You will then be prompted to check your email to confirm your subscription and add us to your address book so you never miss an email. You do not have to rejoin the PEX if you already receive emails from us but it never hurts to add us to your address book.
If you are uncertain of your member in the PEX mailing list you can easily check by entering your First Name, Last Name and email address into the red box (to the left) labeled PEX List and click “Join the PEX Mailing List”. If you are already a member you will be prompted with that information and you need do nothing more. You will not be enrolled twice if you check your membership in the PEX Mailing List using this method.
If your personal information or email address has changed, you can either contact our VP of Communications at firstname.lastname@example.org and Megan Battaglia will be more than happy to assist you in updating your information.
Alternatively, in the blue box (to the left), enter your First Name, Last Name and email address that was used last year and click the “Join the PEX Mailing List” button. You will be redirected simply click on the update my information link and make the necessary changes to your information from there.
Most importantly - the PTA will NOT share your email with anyone and we make every effort to send emails only when necessary.
